What Is US Employment OR Investor Visa
The Employment Creation/Investor visa, also known as the EB-5 visa, is an immigrant visa that allows foreign nationals to obtain lawful permanent residence
in the United States by making a significant investment in a new commercial enterprise that creates jobs for U.S. workers.
To be eligible for an EB-5 visa, the foreign national must invest at least $1.8 million
in a new commercial enterprise in the United States that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for U.S. workers within two years.
The investment may be in the form of cash, equipment, inventory, or other tangible property.
In addition to the investment requirement, the foreign national must also demonstrate that
they are actively involved in the management of the new commercial enterprise or are indirectly involved through the investment in a regional center.
Once the investment is made, the foreign national may apply for an EB-5 visa
